Your reality 
More than 10 sales representatives work in your company’s sales department and they’re related to many offices, spreaded throughout the country. You might have tried to set up a CRM solution in the past, but did not succeed. You’re still looking for a solution easy to use for your sales team, yet sturdy and evolutionary. You wish the whole set-up process to be fast.
The solution 
The project will begin with one of Contactik’s consultant analysing your business processes (sales), with the key people of your company and will evaluate the existing data (Contact list in Outlook, Excel, etc.). This analysis will help us to determine the scope of your project and will insure an optimal installation of Sage ACT! Premium, on all of your workstations. If needed, your server will be configured to allow a Web access to all users who need to work with ACT!, through you Web Browser. A set of dashboards and reports can also be developped based on your KPI (Key Performance Indicators), so you get a clear and concise view of your operations at a glance. Your sales team will then work with a standardized work methodology, making communication between departments more transparent and accessible.
