The solution
The project will begin with one of Contactik’s consultants reviewing your business processes (sales), and will examine your existing databases (i.e., Outlook, Excel, etc.). This analysis will help us to determine the scope of your project and help us plan the best way to deploy your system. Sage ACT! Premium will be installed on your server and on each user’s computer, with an access to your company’s main database (single file). Therefore, you will be working in a collaborative mode and our programmers will develop reports and analysis tools, so you can see in a glance new information gathered by your staff (Calls history, Sales opportunities, Activities to come, etc.) If needed, we can configure a synchronization environment, so your mobile users can update - both ways - any new information included in ACT!
