Building the database and interface

If the « out of the box » installation of ACT! doesn't meet your managing needs, Contactik can customize the database in respect of your individual needs, those of your company and those of the industry.

With you, Contactik will determine the informations you really need to perform in contact management. Not only can we modify your database, but we can also customize the layouts to offer the best possible view of your data for easy data reading and entering. We can group your prospects, create a field to identify a sales rep, make data entry easy and limit access to certain fields depending on the user. Report design

Contactik can create custom reports to fit your business needs and style. Custom reports can include: adding fields to a report, re-do the look of the reports, summarize results, present information in a grouping view, show data in graphics.

Mailmerge and document templates

With ACT!, you can customize word processing templates using Word or ACT!'s word processor. Templates are necessary to generate letters, questionnaires (?) and to make a mailmerge. One of ACT!'s most useful feature is it's ability to manage your big mailing projects. ACT!'s word processing features allow the automatisation of letters and Avery forms using your contact records.
